You need three things: your gift card (physical or digital), an email address, and a crypto wallet address to receive your payout. That's it for trades under $200 โ no account, no sign-up required.

A crypto wallet is a free app that holds your cryptocurrency โ like a digital bank account that only you control. You need one to receive your payout. Here are the two easiest options:
On the Trade page, select your gift card brand from the dropdown. The exchange rate for that brand is shown immediately โ that's the percentage of face value you'll receive.
Enter the face value of your card (your best estimate is fine โ we verify the real balance automatically). Then enter your card number and PIN.
Where to find the card number: It's the long number on the front or back of physical cards, or in the gift card email for digital cards. Where to find the PIN: It's usually under a silver scratch-off on the back of physical cards โ scratch gently with a coin.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive. We support 12 options. New to crypto? Choose USDC โ it's always worth exactly $1.00, arrives the fastest (~5 minutes), and is the easiest to spend or convert later.
Paste your wallet address into the wallet field. Make sure it's the right type โ if you choose XMR (Monero), use a TRC-20 wallet address. If you choose ETH, use an Ethereum address.
Enter your email address. This is where we'll send your order confirmation, verification updates, and payout notification with your transaction hash.
The final step shows a summary of your order: brand, face value, exchange rate, estimated payout, and wallet address. Double-check the wallet address โ this is your last chance to correct it.
Click Confirm Trade. Your order is now in our system. You'll receive a confirmation email within a few seconds with your Order ID โ save this, you'll need it if you ever contact support.
Our automated system checks your card balance in real time against the brand's balance check API. No human involved โ most verifications complete in under 10 minutes.
If your card has a different balance than you entered, we'll email you with the verified amount and let you choose to proceed or cancel โ no penalty for cancelling.
If the card fails verification (zero balance, already used, region-locked), your order is automatically cancelled. Your card is completely unaffected โ nothing is charged to it. You'll receive an email explaining exactly why.
The moment your card clears verification, our system automatically dispatches your crypto payout to the wallet address you provided. You don't need to do anything.
You'll receive an email with your transaction hash โ a unique ID for your blockchain transaction. Paste it into a block explorer to track your payout in real time:
Your wallet app will show the incoming transaction once it's confirmed on-chain. For USDC this usually takes under 5 minutes. For Bitcoin, up to 45 minutes.
