A crypto wallet is an app or service that holds your cryptocurrency. You need one to receive your payout — we send crypto directly to your wallet address.

USDT (Tether) is our recommendation for first-time traders. It's always worth exactly $1.00, arrives the fastest (5 minutes), and is the easiest to spend or convert. If the price of Bitcoin drops 20% overnight, your USDT payout is unaffected.

Physical cards: The card number is on the back. The PIN is usually under a silver scratch-off panel — scratch gently with a coin to reveal it. Some cards don't have a PIN.

Digital cards (by email): The number and PIN are in the gift card email itself, or in the order confirmation where you received the card.

First, check your email for the payout confirmation and look up the TX hash on a blockchain explorer. If the transaction shows "confirmed" but your wallet balance hasn't updated, try refreshing or resyncing your wallet app.

Contact us immediately at support@giftcardsforcrypto.com with your Order ID. If your card hasn't been verified yet, we may be able to update the address. Once your card is verified and payout is processing, the address cannot be changed.

Yes, when done through our platform. Our form uses TLS 1.3 / 256-bit encryption. Card details are used only to verify your balance, are encrypted in transit, and are purged from our systems after verification completes — we don't retain your full card number.
